Archetype AI Knowledge Lab was founded in 2021 as an innovative startup and was among the first in Italy to develop its own private conversational platform. The following year, it was selected for Invitalia’s Smart & Start program and became a pioneer in implementing a proprietary generative conversational platform using 3D avatar and deepfake technology. Archetype helps its clients centralize and capitalize on their knowledge, transforming it into AI solutions to support customer service, enhance corporate knowledge bases, and deliver training. A single source of knowledge powers multiple services, enabled by the innovative use of Web AI Assistants, Totems, and agentic avatars. Archetype is also a partner of major organizations such as NVIDIA (Inception Program), Dell Technologies, Euro Informatica, Esprinet, OVHcloud, AWS Startup, Aryanna, One4, Dahua Technology, and Victory Communication.
