Description

Increasing sustainability to reduce food waste is one of Coop A3.0's goals. To achieve this objective and ensure high quality for fresh and ultra-fresh products, it is necessary to have strong sales forecasting capabilities. With accurate forecasts, it is possible to optimize replenishment strategies, improve the management of fresh product assortments in stores, and significantly reduce the risk of product spoilage. The "Progetto Freschissimi" involved the development of an AI solution to achieve these goals.
