AI for public administration: more efficiency in training and recruitment

Description
Artificial Intelligence today offers concrete tools to make Public Administration a key player in aligning education and the job market. In this presentation, we will introduce two solutions that use AI in complementary yet independent areas. The first project focuses on designing more targeted educational pathways, based on predictive analysis of employment trends and the skills required, with the aim of making the educational offer more relevant and attractive to both students and businesses. The second focuses on the use of AI in recruitment processes: from analyzing CVs to assessing skills, and guiding candidates toward the most suitable positions. This is an opportunity to reflect on how technological innovation can make Public Administration more efficient and strategic in creating a bridge between school and work.
