Description

A keynote on why the next era of AI will not be defined only by better tools, but by more people choosing to act like founders. For decades, software creation was constrained by access: access to technical skills, teams, capital, and institutional permission. Lovable is changing that. More people can now move from idea to working product faster than ever before. As building becomes easier, founder-like behaviours become more important: ownership, speed, judgement, resilience, and the ability to learn in public. Aino will argue that the underlying shift is behavioural. The people who stand out in the AI era are those who see a gap, take ownership, learn quickly, build something real, and find the community or market that needs it. Being a founder is becoming a way of operating that can apply far beyond the traditional startup path. Drawing on her experience building Europe’s startup community at Slush, and now leading special projects, community and growth initiatives at Lovable, Aino will explore what happens when software creation opens up to the 99% in the broadest behavioural sense. More people can now participate in building products, companies, communities and new economic value. But building is only the beginning. The founders who win are the ones who turn access into action, action into momentum, and momentum into impact. The central question is shifting from whether people can build, to what they choose to take responsibility for next.
