Description
The project is a collaboration between CNH and Accenture, initiated in 2020, aimed at transforming
CNH from a physical product manufacturer to a digital connected product and service provider .
The scope includes developing customer solutions on existing customer portal system that leverage
Generative AI to enhance fleet management, customer care, and operational efficiency.
The project also involves implementing AI agents for 24/7 for customer support, automating resolution
workflows, and enhancing monitoring and anomaly detection. The ultimate goal is to empower customers with connected tools and insights, enabling real-time
data-driven decisions and improving overall customer experience.
