Alessandro La Ciura

LIVEHELP

CEO & Co-Founder

Description

Alessandro La Ciura's passion for programming began at a young age, at just 13, during the era of the Commodore VIC-20 and the first personal computers. In 1996, he invented chatexpert.it, the first Italian Java chat, which was adopted as a chat engine by major portals such as GQ and LYCOS and was already being sold in a cloud-based model at the time. In 2001, he realized that chat technology had great potential in the business world for customer support, leading him to register the LiveHelp trademark in 2004. From that moment, the chat service expanded with additional applications, culminating in 2016 when Alessandro and his team created the first Omnichannel Digital Customer Care Suite in Italy. Starting in 2017, Artificial Intelligence was also integrated into the platform, further enhancing its capabilities.
