Born in Fucecchio in 1977, she holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Pisa and an MBA in International Management from the University of Brighton. Determined and driven, she first became Managing Director with responsibility for Sales and Products (2014), and later CEO of Var Group (2021). More than just a company, Var Group is a driver of business transformation, with a presence in 16 countries and the ambition to be not “the best company in the world” but “the best company for the world,” supporting organizations in their digital evolution through innovative, tailored solutions. Winner of the Microsoft Power Women Award 2024, she is also the author of her first book, Braveship, published by Egea.
