Alessandro La Ciura
LIVEHELP
CEO & CO-FOUNDER DI LIVEHELP
Description
Alessandro’s passion for programming began at a very young age, at 13, during the era of the Commodore VIC20 and the first Personal Computers.
In 1996, he created chatexpert.it, the first Italian Java chat, adopted as a chat engine by well-known portals such as GQ and LYCOS, which was already being sold in a cloud model at the time.
In 2001, he realized that chat could have great potential in the business world for providing support, and in 2004 he registered the LiveHelp trademark.
From that moment, the chat was enriched with additional applications, and in 2016 Alessandro and his team created the first Omnichannel Digital Customer Care Suite in Italy, to which Artificial Intelligence was added starting in 2017.
