Stefano Scavo is the President of the Ufficio Centrale Italiano (UCI), the Italian organization responsible for managing the Green Card system. Since 2013, he has led the UCI, representing Italy in the Council of Bureaux (COB), and driving initiatives such as the dematerialization of insurance certificates and the adoption of artificial intelligence to enhance operational efficiency.
