Labor and employment lawyer and founder of the law firm Studio legale Fava & Associati, he has over thirty years of experience in labor and industrial relations, as well as corporate restructuring and reorganization. He is an adjunct professor of Labor Law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. He has served as Extraordinary Commissioner of Alitalia and Chairman of Autostrade Alto Adriatico SpA. He was also a member of the Presidential Council of the Corte dei Conti. He is passionate about tennis, a sport he regularly practices.
