With more than two decades of experience, Chiara has a proven track record of mobilizing large, complex organizations (from ministries to multinationals) to move beyond pilots and achieve systemic AI adoption. Her approach combines strategic clarity with operational execution, ensuring AI systems are both thoughtfully designed and sustainably absorbed. Previously, Chiara was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she led the QuantumBlack AI practice across EMEA and built a 100+ person AI hub delivering applied AI solutions at scale. Her portfolio included national transformation programs and agentic systems, from LLM-based knowledge platforms to decision-support copilots and digital twins; many of which are now deployed across multiple countries and used daily in live institutional settings.
