Description
Guido Scorza is Lawyer, journalist, and adjunct professor of law on new technologies and privacy. He is currently a member of the Board of the Italian Data Protection Authority and has been a lawyer specializing in cassation law, as well as a founding partner of the E-Lex Law Firm. He has been responsible for national and European legal affairs in the digital transformation team, Legal Advisor to the Minister for Innovation, and Deputy Representative of the Italian Government at the GAC – Government Advisory Board of ICANN, as well as a member of the policy subgroup of the Ad Hoc Committee on Artificial Intelligence regulation at the Council of Europe.
