With almost 30 years of experience in software development and technology leadership, Marian is also the CEO of eSolutions, where he has led the delivery of custom software solutions and architectures, with a strong focus on big data platforms in the past decade. More recently, he has driven AI initiatives across eSolutions, fostering early adoption of AI practices and shaping teams and capabilities that underpin the development of Alteus.
