Fabrizio Grillo has gained extensive experience in institutional affairs and international relations, working in both public and private organizations. He has held senior positions at the Municipality of Milan, interacting with the European Commission, the European Parliament, and UNESCO. In these roles, he managed legal, economic, research, policy, and analytical matters, as well as advocacy and fundraising activities in the fields of industrial policy and research and development. Between 2009 and 2016, he was involved in Expo 2015 in Milan and in the Italian Pavilion, serving as Secretary General. In this capacity, he managed relations with participating countries and international organizations (UN, EU, OCSE), fostering new partnerships and delivering major corporate projects. Since 2016, Fabrizio Grillo has been Head of the General Affairs and International Relations Office of the Bracco Group. Since 2024, he has also served as President of Federated Innovation @MIND.
