Description
Head of Software Development at Var Group, where he leads projects with a clear mission: listening to organizations’ meaningful ideas and making them possible through technology. A true software enthusiast, he has turned coding and its evolution into a lifelong passion—developer at heart before being a manager. An expert in application modernization, cloud-native development, and DevOps and Agile methodologies, he believes that well-crafted software is not just a tool, but a bridge between worlds. This vision naturally extends to AI: not as an end in itself, but as a lever to connect people and technology in a more natural, accessible, and inclusive way. For Stefano, AI has the potential to break down the barriers that have long separated those who can use technology from those who are excluded. A long-time Apple fan and keen observer of the tech world, his motto is: “Learn quickly & think well.”
