Federico Esposti is Strategic Director of San Raffaele Hospital, the largest private research and treatment institute in Italy and part of the San Donato Group. With solid experience in healthcare strategy and operations management, he leads the hospital’s operations and strategic transformation initiatives. He has a background in biomedical and pharmaceutical research, having held academic and industry roles in neuroscience and healthcare innovation. He launched the first major telemedicine service in Italy and is currently implementing generative AI at scale across hospital operations. Federico holds a PhD in Systems and Biomedical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management.
