Mattia Pasquali is Chief of Staff at Terakraft AI, where he supports the executive team in transforming strategic vision into aligned execution for the company’s AI-ready data center development in Sauda, Norway. His role focuses on coordination across management, investors, partners and operational workstreams, ensuring that critical priorities are translated into decisive action.
Mattia is also co-founder and Managing Partner at Vitruvian Intelligence AG, a Swiss investment and project-development company focused on early-stage ventures across finance, energy and AI. He has a strong background in strategic partnerships, business development and digital transformation, including leadership roles at Ufficio Appalti, Tenders Club and PoseidonWave Srl.
Earlier in his career, Mattia spent six years at Bloomberg LP, working in fixed income electronic trading managing key institutional relationship across Switzerland, Luxembourg, Greece and Central and Eastern Europe.
