Description
José Manuel Delgado Blasco holds a double PhD in Geoscience and Remote Sensing from Delft University of Technology (Netherlands) and a Doctor of Science in Geography from KU Leuven (Belgium). He has extensive experience in the Earth Observation domain, with a specialization in algorithm development and parallelization, processing platforms, AI, advanced InSAR applications, data fusion, and algorithm optimization. He currently works as a Geospatial Systems Engineer at the ESA Φ-lab Invest Office within the Earth Observation Commercialisation Programme, supporting companies in the development of sustainable EO solutions.
