In 12 minutes on the main stage, I will share the concrete journey we followed to turn intent into results—from increasing internal productivity, to accelerating R&D, to the external services we now deliver to clients. I will not talk about utopias: I will present architectural choices, targeted experimentation approaches, and operational integration that generate measurable value. The message is simple and provocative: useful AI is not an idea, it is everyday practice. And it is a transformative practice starting with SMEs.
