UNaIVERSE is an innovative startup that introduces a transformative approach to the technological stack, moving "above" standard Agentic AI frameworks to create autonomous communities of humans and AIs. By leveraging peer-to-peer (P2P) networks, UNaIVERSE enables private, on-premise implementations of complex industrial processes, bypassing the risks of centralized cloud infrastructures, promoting control and integration with heterogeneous systems, beyond LLM-centric frameworks. While modern web and social AI systems have expanded human capability, they have also compromised privacy, centralized power, and created unsustainable energy demands. UNaIVERSE advocates for a fundamental paradigm shift grounded in privacy preservation, energy efficiency, and distributed design, as championed by Collectionless AI. Key highlights of this speech: (1) The Shift to the Edge: Relocating intelligence from centralized servers to edge devices. This utilizes local computational power while maintaining sophisticated, integrative information sharing and long-term learning. (2) The "Worlds" Concept: A re-organization of the Web into autonomous ecosystems. These "Worlds" function as digital societies where agents learn, reason, and plan based on collective constraints and shared intents. (3) Decentralized Protocols: Utilizing P2P communication to ensure that individual and collective goals are met without intermediary surveillance.
