Born in Rome, where she earned a degree in Computer Science, she began her career in the IT industry working as a consultant and later as a solutions specialist for leading technology companies. Over the years, she has built strong expertise in Customer Experience technologies. Passionate about technology, innovation, and the practical application of artificial intelligence to business processes, she joined Genesys in 2019, a global leader in AI-powered experience orchestration solutions. Since 2021, she has been leading the Italian Solutions Consulting team, supporting organizations in designing intelligent, data-driven, omnichannel experiences.
