Mario Paiano works at Fontys Education as a coordinator and developer of AI education and professionalization. He is responsible for the design, content, and continuous development of AI-related learning for both internal staff and the broader educational field. His work includes developing an 18-week specialization program and a graduation track focused on AI for teachers, alongside his roles as lecturer and speaker. With a background in media design, marketing, and pedagogy, he connects technology to what matters in education: growth, dialogue, and ownership of learning. His work is grounded in practice, focusing on what actually works in real educational contexts.
