With over 14 years of experience in the API ecosystem, he has built and managed some of the most complex API platforms currently in production, supporting more than 200 billion API calls per year across 18,000 banking services, enabling transaction peaks of over 60,000 transactions per second during global retail events, and delivering systems classified as national critical infrastructure. This extensive background gives him a highly practical perspective on AI adoption. Today, Ash works with technology leaders to help them move beyond experimentation, supporting them in designing the platform, governance, and runtime capabilities required to implement AI safely and at scale, while avoiding the architectural and organizational pitfalls that often hinder progress.
