With over 30 years of experience in Contact Center solutions, he has been with Genesys for 11 years, where he has held several leadership roles in solutions across EMEA, with a focus on AI and Digital.
He currently leads the EMEA Architecture, Innovation & Acceleration team, composed of specialists and AI architects.
