Giorgio Sbriglia is the CEO of Terakraft AI, a company transforming Norway’s industrial and energy heritage into the infrastructure backbone of the AI era.
In Sauda, Norway, Giorgio is leading the redevelopment of a former 1919 hydropower plant into a green, high-density AI data center designed for next-generation GPU workloads. What began as the reconversion of a historic power asset into a server farm has evolved into a broader mission: proving that legacy industrial infrastructure can be reborn as strategic digital infrastructure for the future.
Giorgio combines deep engineering expertise with entrepreneurial execution. Before leading Terakraft AI, he spent almost nine years at Eni, working on complex international energy projects across Norway, Angola, Mozambique, France, the UK and Italy. His background in nuclear energy Engineering, subsea systems and large-scale project delivery gives him a rare ability to bridge energy, engineering and digital infrastructure.
He is also a co-founder at Vitruvian Intelligence AG, where he leads key investments in data centers, AI software and industrial technology.
